Distribute application form

·        The application form can be obtained at the school office during office hours. *

·        The application form may also be download on the school website. [Download application]

A. Submit application form:

(1) Submit in person together with the completed EDB application form for S.1 discretionary places during office hours. *
(2) Submit through SSPA e-Platform. (Please send us 1 self-addressed stamped envelope.)
*Applications by post or email will NOT be accepted.

B. Supporting documents include:

(1) Completed application form
(2) Copies of applicant's identity cards
(3) Copies of Primary 5 and 6 school reports cards
(4) 1 self-addressed stamped envelope
(5) Copies of certificates (not necessary)
 * No recommendation letter is required.

C. Personal Information Collection Statement:

(1) The personal information submitted by the applicants will be used in the selection procedure of S1 discretionary places. It may be transferred to the government departments concerned for allocation of S1 places if necessary.

(2) All submitted documents will not be returned to the applicants. They will be destroyed after the announcement of S1 places allocation.
(3) According to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, applicants have the right to amend or inquire about the personal information that he/she submitted. Applicants should submit a letter of request if necessary.

D. Remarks:

(1) The EDB's regulation states that each student may apply to not more than 2 secondary schools listed in the Handbook for Application for S1 DP. Otherwise, applicants' chance of acquiring a discretionary place will be forfeited.
(2) No application submitted can be withdrawn or cancelled.
(3) Late application will not be processed.

Interview

·        All applicants will be invited to attend an interview.

·        The arrangement of the interview will be sent to applicants by post on or before 1 March.

31 March 2026

Notification for successful applications  

·        Parents of successful applicants will receive a letter and a phone call.

Release of S.1 allocation results
